ASKA is a Viking survival game from Sand Sailor Studio that combines traditional survival crafting with AI tribe management. You build settlements, command AI villagers who autonomously farm, craft, and defend, and explore a Norse-inspired world that changes with the seasons. The game features invasion events, wildlife including bears and wulfar enemies, and a detailed world generation system with configurable terrain and climate settings.
A dedicated ASKA server keeps your settlement running persistently, which is important because AI villagers continue their tasks even when you are not playing. Server owners can switch between Normal and Custom gameplay modes, and Custom mode unlocks detailed settings for invasion difficulty, monster density, animal populations, day and year length, terrain height and roughness, starting season, precipitation levels, and structure decay rates. You can also set a specific world seed for reproducible map generation.
