The game combines action combat with base building, resource management, and boss fights against powerful V Blood carriers. You can play solo or with others in PvP or PvE servers, building a vampire empire while avoiding the deadly sun.
Running a dedicated V Rising server keeps your castle and world persistent without needing a host player online. This is important because V Rising's base building and progression systems benefit from always-on access. A dedicated server also gives you control over game presets, difficulty settings, PvP rules, and lets you configure detailed gameplay parameters through the ServerGameSettings.json file, covering everything from combat mechanics to resource rates.
