At Game Host Bros, we automatically back up your Palworld save files while your server is running. This means if there is a failed update or a bug, you're able to restore to a previous time, giving you access to saved data in case something goes wrong.
Restoring a Palworld Auto Backup Recommended
The recommended method for restoring your Palworld server with minimal effort and risk.
- 1Log in to Bropanel and select your Palworld server.
- 2In the sidebar, go to
Backups. - 3Under
Game Auto Saves, find the auto backup you want by its timestamp. - 4Click
Restoreto restore that backup.
Manual Backup Restoration Guide
For advanced users who need direct control over the restoration process.
- 1Download the backup you want to restore from
Pal/Saved/SaveGames/0/[Your Save File]/backup/worldand extract the downloaded file. - 2Log in to Bropanel and stop your Palworld server.
- 3In the sidebar, go to
Files. - 4Once there, navigate to
Pal/Saved/SaveGames/0/. - 5You will see a folder with a random number like 723687123871537817253. Upload your existing world data into that folder.
