How To Increase Max Workers On Your Palworld Server

This guide shows you how to change max guild workers on your Palworld server. This is how you can directly adjust how many Pals can work at each basecamp.

Changing Max Guild Workers

    Log in to Bropanel and select your server.

    In the sidebar, go to Settings.

    Under Bases & Guilds edit BaseCampWorkerMaxNum.

    Click Save & Restart to apply your changes.

Note

BaseCampWorkerMaxNum sets the maximum Pals that can work at each individual base camp.

The default maximum is 15 Pals per base, but you can increase this up to the vanilla maximum of 50 Pals per base, additional workers above 50 requires modding. Higher worker limits may increase system load and affect server performance.
